Total Lifestyle Change, Inc. (www.tlc-global.org) (TLC-Global) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) service organization, dedicated to the elimination of health care disparities in medically underserved populations. The organization was founded by Dr. Lenore T. Coleman in 1998.
Over the past twenty three (23) years, Total Lifestyle Change, Inc. has provided community-based outreach, education and comprehensive health screenings to thousands of “at-risk” populations. Unlike other organizations, TLC provides ongoing follow-up and documentation of clinical outcomes. This much needed follow-up ensures that participants with abnormal test results receive the much need care that they deserve. Dr. Coleman is a highly regarded expert on these issues and she has devoted her career to serving these populations.
