HOV BUILDS – Workforce Development
Due to COVID 19, people of all ages, are struggling to rebuild their lives on a daily basis. This means preparing for a job, securing decent housing, having foodstuffs to prepare a hot meal for their families, being able to access health care services, and the list goes on and on. HOV BUILDS is a social enterprise initiative designed to prepare individuals with skills that lead to attainment of an industry recognized certification and a livable wage job. Available to individuals 18-50, with a focus on veterans and justice-involved, far too many of these people simply cannot afford the training required to become gainfully employed and self-sufficient. |
